Title: Resident Assistant

Job Summary

Your Pampered Home (YPH) is seeking a residence assistant with hotel housekeeping experience to further the mission of our company by providing each client an exceptional pampered home experience that will allow them the opportunity to RELAX.  We are looking for someone that is friendly, gracious, and service and detail oriented with a love for housekeeping.  We are also seeking someone with the passion to anticipate and meet each client's domestic needs and the desire to manage the highest levels of cleanliness throughout each client's home.  This position will start part-time and based on performance, the position will become full-time with benefits. 

Summary of Essential Job Functions

• Responsible for performing cleaning services to YPH clients.

• Ensure that assigned client records are completed daily.

• Be willing to perform any tasks outside the normal job parameters that are assigned which may be required to help YPH meet its required standards.

Minimum Requirements

• Service experience in the hospitality industry preferred.

• Good communications skills.

• Experience interacting with high-end clientele preferred.

• Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate amount of weight.

• Use of industrial strength cleaning chemicals required.

• Maintain neat and clean appearance.

• Conversational English is desirable.

• Drivers License and Excellent Driving Record.

• High school diploma or GED.

Abilities Required

• Extremely high cleanliness standards.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule.

• Ability to stand/walk for 8-hour shift.
