A:  No.  We do not accept laundry at our office.  Please call (202-370-6704) or Schedule Now online to have a representative come to your home or office to pickup your laundry.

Q: When is my dry cleaning delivered?
A: Dry cleaning picked up on Monday - Wednesday is delivered in 48 business hours.
Dry Cleaning picked up on Thursday or Friday will be delivered the following Monday to avoid additional fees.
$25 fee for dry cleaning requested to be delivered in less than 48 buisness hours from pickup.

Q: Do you charge a fee for delivery?
A: Laundry pickup and delivery is free for everyone that lives inside the I-495 Beltway.  If you live outside the I-495 beltway, we charge a fee of $25 for delivery.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept Cash, Checks, Credit Cards and Gift Certificates.

Q: What if I have special instructions for my laundry?
A: Please use the information below to inform us of any special instructions regarding your laundry.
1. Put the laundry that requires special instructions in a separate bag.
2. Insert a note in that bag with the special instructions.
3. When you schedule your appointment online, enter the special instructions in the Comments section.
4. If you call to schedule your appointment, please advise the representative of the instructions so they can enter the information in the Comments section for you.

Q: Where is my laundry delivered?
A: Your laundry is delivered directly to you or an alternate location that we will coordinate with you.

Q: Do I have to be home for service?
A: No.  If you prefer, we can coordinate a location with you to leave your laundry.
