Let me preface this review
by telling you how much I hate doing laundry and making the trip to
the dry cleaners. I realize this' a ridiculous exaggeration on my
part as these chores aren't really that difficult, but I find that
working long hours and taking the metro daily - make me value my
downtime that much more... So when I happened upon Roger and "Your
Pampered Home's" website, I felt a sense of relief just looking at
the pics (which I later found are from Roger's travels = Savy Guy.

I've
now had him personally pick-up and deliver several loads of laundry
and dry cleaning on weekdays - late enough that it made me think he
meant business. (Dependable Owner. Check) And each time he appears,
like a well-dressed beacon in the night, carrying my fresh-smelling
laundry and dry cleaning, I thank God. Yes, I am that serious. For
$40-ish every 2 weeks, I get my Sundays back. (Spiritually
uplifting
peace of mind. Double Check)

Am I a snob or just lazy?
Ok, yes so it probably is the latter. But, I am glad I found Your
Pampered Home to counteract my laziness. After much agony and
mountains of dirty clothes, I contacted YPH to see if they could
assist in washing and folding my laundry. I was extremely nervous
at first in hiring someone to do this as I didn't want my whites
turning hot pink or my colored clothes coming back w/ bleach marks.
To my surprise my hot pink pants (kidding) were pinker, my whites
whiter. I was positively surprised in the scheduling options, the
quick turn around, the quality, payment options, and the service I
received. The one drawback of YPH is that they need to enhance
their confirmation of items picked up. Other than that the YPH team
and Roger, the owner, take pride in their customers and it has been
reflected in the consistent service they have provided.
I recommend YPH to any busy / lazy households that need that extra
assistance in laundry, dry cleaning, housecleaning, personal
assistants, etc services.

I LOVE THE SERVICE! I
use the service regularly for maid service. I also use their dry
cleaning delivery service. Well, they recently began offering carpet
cleaning, I decided to allow them to clean my carpet before the
holidays, and I could not believe how clean my carpet was when I
returned home. I love this service. Moreover, I will recommend it to
everyone. Normally, I never write reviews unless I have a bad
experience, but I cannot believe how great the service is. In
addition, it is just so easy to do everything, schedule online, pay
online, reschedule online, and communicate online. All I can say is
